Social Media Manager

PKR 30,000 - 42,000/month | Full Time | Hybrid

We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to join Sial Foundation, Okara Cantonment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and manage content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms

• - Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with organizational goals

• - Monitor and engage with followers, respond to comments and messages

• - Track analytics and prepare monthly performance reports

• - Coordinate with design team for visual content creation

• - Promote foundation programs, events, and initiatives online

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field

• - 1-3 years of social media management experience

• - Proficiency in social media scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer)

• - Strong writing skills in Urdu and English

• - Basic knowledge of graphic design (Canva, Adobe)

• - Creative mindset with attention to detail
